Tony Beishon - 46 is a professional photographer www.tonybeishon.co.uk he has worked with private clients and commercially in the photographic industry since he was 18. In April 2009 Crate Photography was launched, the concept is simple...get kids comfortable and make the shoot easy and stress free.... this shows in the results. Tony is joint founder of the business and our Director of Photography.
Maura Beishon FIDM Dip DM - 44, is a marketing expert and entrepreneur. Working as Marketing Director for Scotts of Stow and then founding and running House of Bath for 10 years, she built House of Bath profitably from a £0 standing start to >£20m turn over in less than 6 years, in 2003 it was awarded 12th place in The Sunday Times fast track 100 fastest growing independent company in the UK, now she is MD and joint founder of Crate Photography.
Tony & Maura decided to combine their skills and create Crate Photography.

OUR APPROACH TO CREATIVE PHOTOGRAPHY
The Style of the photography is contemporary, the kids enjoy playing in
the box which relaxes them and ensures we capture just the right image.
It shows in their smiles and expression.
The technique is quite simple. The lighting and background is bright white and contemporary. The challenge for the photographer is really all about having rapport with the children they photograph. We only use photographers who love children, who can communicate with them and inspire them, so they relax which in turn ensures they capture the perfect pose.
