6. Your image file will be credited with £14.99 for 14 days from the point the images are loaded onto our website, this offer is not redeemable for cash but the £14.99 can be used as a credit against any other goods purchased

11. Crate photo sessions do involve physical activity. This is undertaken at your own risk.
12. All item bought are entirely personal to you and therefore we only accept returns if the item supplied are faulty. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods, they may be returned within 14 days in their original packaging and we will endeavour to rectify any production issues and reprint.
13. Should you fail to make a payment, or if your pay less than the minimum amount due, and we or someone acting for us have to remind you, we reserve the right to make a reasonable administrative charge to cover our costs. The current charge is £10, but this is subject to variation at any time. You will be given reasonable notice of any change to these charges.

Returns and Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order you need to do it within 12 hours of your order being placed please do this via the website contact tab. As we offer a bespoke product made to order we regret that we cannot offer a refunds on prints or downloads or DVDs.
However if the item is defective or of poor quality we will replace or substitute for another image of your choice. If you are not happy to do this we will refund you provided that you return the faulty goods. DVDs Or digitally delivered goods are not refundable.
